Early Lunch
I hope everyone’s day is going well! It seems to be going by fast- I think because I have been blogging! Sienna has been well behaved but she only had a tiny nap… so hopefully she’ll go down for another soon! I started to get hungry around 11ish so I decided it was time for lunch! I had some leftover canned salmon in the fridge so I decided to make a wrap.
I used half a can of salmon and added: a bit of light mayo,
Note: I had to eat some of the salmon with a fork! I kind of over stuffed it!
After lunch I had some tea. I just picked up celestial seasoning’s vanilla hazelnut the other day and had yet to try it. It was pretty good! I added a bit of almond milk and raw honey.
Now I’m off to fold some laundry… fun fun!

The blog looks great!!!! Keep up the good work!
Also, your tea has inspired me to get off my butt at work and go make some tea - I’m freezing!
Have a good one!

Do you have a favorite brand of wraps, pitas, and bread? I always have trouble finding natural brands.

Hi Brianna,
The blog looks great! Keep up the great work
Do you typically buy bagged spinach or wash your own? I find the bagged to be more convenient but also significantly more expensive.
Lisa- the brand of wraps I use is “Healthy Way” by Dempsters , its a sprouted grain wrap (160cal, 5g protein, 5g fiber). I really like them! I also like the Ezekiel wraps.. you can usually find those in the freezer section at a health food store or isle. I’m not sure if the Healthy Way brand is just Canadian? I also buy their breads which are really good too. About 80 cal a slice but bigger, thicker slices than Ezekiel bread. I hope that helps!
Laura- I buy the baby spinach in the plastic bin. I know it is more expensive and have thought about buying just plain spinach but I really love the convince of the prepackaged! Its just so easy.. one day I might feel adventurous and go for the real stuff but this is one of those times easiness won over money. =)
