I really like them! I also like the Ezekiel wraps.. you can usually find those in the freezer section at a health food store or isle. I'm not sure if the Healthy Way brand is just Canadian? I also buy their breads which are really good too. About 80 cal a slice but bigger, thicker slices than Ezekiel bread. I hope that helps! Laura- I buy the baby spinach in the plastic bin. I know it is more expensive and have thought about buying just plain spinach but I really love the convince of the prepackaged!
