Before I left for the docter’s I had a red pear and a little more mueli w/ almond milk- I didn’t take a pic as I was really rushed!
When I got home I had some sloppy joe and mary’s crackers… I didn’t have much time before I had to go back out to gymboree!

When I got home from gymboree I had a blood orange

and a slice of sprouted grain bread w/ almond butter and apple butter.

I am exhausted!

About an hour before lunch I had a think bar- chocolate-coconut. I love these bars along with larabars… they taste awesome and only a few ingredients!

I had a sandwich for lunch- I made it with toasted sprouted grain bread, canola mayo, bruchetta, tofurky and cucumbers.

I had steamed cauliflower on the side!

We just got home from grocery shopping and ended up spending 200 bucks! Actually that is pretty good considering we bought some other things as well as food. I took pictures (click on picture to enlarge)!



We also bought a slice of berry cheesecake for Darren, and my dinner (you’ll that down bellow) and soy chocolate mint ice cream (Darren loves the stuff!). It was a lot of money but I sacrifice other things to buy organically.
I had a few walnuts before I made lunch (more than in the picture).

For lunch today I had an open face sandwich w/ mashed up butter beans mixed with olive oil and spices. I topped it with cucumber slices. I also had some mixed green salad w/ Annie’s Cesar dressing (which does have dairy- I’m going to try and cut down but not eliminate… yet).

I also had a serving of organic vegetable crackers (Darren was eating them..).

And 1 slice of grapefruit.

For dinner I had vegan lentil loaf with roasted vegetables and roasted potatoes from Planet Organic. I ate about half the loaf, all the veg and 2 potato wedges.

And of course I had dessert! I got a vegan apricot/nut cookie from planet and paired it with a glass of hempmilk.

I also had a homemade mocha a little bit later in the night (we used chocolate soymilk instead of milk).


It was a yummy day!

Today I kind of copied Jenna- I had salad too! I made mine with…
- mixed salad green
- 1 carrot
- 3 green onions
- 1 pink lady apple
- walnuts
- Annie’s honey mustard dressing

I also had 1/2 a pita w/ roasted red pepper hummus

and a small banana w/ PB

Right now I’m snacking on Margret’s Artisan caramel-apricot-almond crisps.

Sorry I am only posting now- it has been a weird day. I really haven’t had any time to use the computer!
For breakfast I had the last of my pre made steel cut oats. I topped it with banana, flax, PB and a bit of maple syrup.

I had mango and Ezekiel cereal with almond milk for lunch! I know lame (no veggies!)- I had to leave soon to meet my mom at the mall and cereal is so easy (this stuff is sooo filling). I also had almost 2 servings so it has defiantly kept me full!


I also had a tall iced green tea from starbucks at the mall and some of my mom’s low-fat lemon poppy seed muffin. I didn’t have the camera so no photo( I wasn’t planning on getting anything but it was her treat)!
