It took me a while to figure out what I wanted for lunch today. I knew it involved having butternut squash soup because I need to eat it up! I didn’t feel like a sandwich.. again so I had Mary’s crackers, a carrot, cucumber, and grape tomatoes with red pepper hummus. I only took a picture of the veggies, hummus and cracker plate because I’ve taken a few of the soup and it isn’t that exciting!
I also had a small banana w/ a tbsp of PB for a mid morning snack.

We had the same snack today: banana + nut butter.

Oh, I love banana with nut butters as well. I had a banana with soy nut butter the other day as I had no patience to wait for my pb to thaw. Somehow it gets pretty hard when placed in the fridge. Guess that happens for natural pb.

i’ve actually never measured out a tbsp of peanut butter. in the picture, did you measure out one tbsp? I’m a lil surprised because it looks like so much more than i thought!! what good news!
I love Mary’s Crackers! I haven’t bought them in a while…
Caryee I sometimes measure my PB- in this case I did. i have a scale so I just plop the jar of nut butter on it and take out the PB until it is minus 15 g (a tbsp). So easy!
You can never go wrong with banana’s and nut butter!
