I am not sure if you are still blogging, hopefully you are :)

I have two questions, how do you make your garlic toast and how do you make your roasted broccoli. I am new to cooking! Do you buy raw broccoli, wash it or prewashed broccoli? I don't even know how to clean a broccoli!

All your food looks so good and your daughter is so so cute!

I too started my day with a perfectly ripe banana (sans nut-butter though - I saved that for my post-workout bowl of hazelnut-butter oatmeal, hehe).

You've really intrigued me with those Quinoa flakes - looks marvelous!!

Romina- you must try them- and let me know what you think if you do. Its so fun to try new products!

Jenna- they are defiantly a cream of wheat like texture- they aren't chewy at all but they keep me just as full as oats. They also are super fast to make- after you add them to the boiled liquid it only takes 2 minutes until they are done!

Whats the texture of these flakes? I always see them at the store and am thinking maybe I should step out of my oatmeal box and get some! Are they chewy or more of a cream of wheat texture? Do they keep you full like oatmeal?

I find it makes a huge difference what ripeness a banana is when you spread PB on it. Underripe means that it gives you a bad aftertaste... and overripe is just mushy!

I've really gotta try quinoa flakes, and other grain flakes. I was just thinking about it in the shower actually. It's great that these all exist, because oat just get boring sometimes.
