New Favorites!
I have some new favorites! I bought a great new dressing (dijion-tarragon) which I had with carrots and celery for a snack.
The veggies didn’t soothe my hunger so I ate lunch shortly after. I had a whole wheat pita with vegan mayo, spinach, more dressing and veganRella! I found a non dairy cheese I like! I microwaved the pita w/ the “cheese” for about 40 sec before adding the spinach and dijion-tarragon dressing. It was really good. I also had cherry tomatoes on the side.
After lunch I felt like I needed something else- I need to make sure I eat enough because breastfeeding burns a lot of calories. Anyways I remember the soy ice cream I bought yesterday! It was turtle trails- I had 1/3 cup.
While shopping (after vaccines) I had a pecan pie larabar. And when I got home I had a glass of hempmilk.
I still feel hungry so I might have some fruit…. see you after dinner!

I too am a huuuuge fan of Vegan Rella. It melts! It’s fantastic, and it tastes really close to real cheese. Everything else just tastes grainy and pasty or it doesn’t melt. Yuck! Mmm. I love purely decadent ice cream. There’s such a huge selection at Planet Organic, I think I spent 15 minutes there once looking through all of them. Have you tried Rice Dream ice cream? It’s really good too! They have a fantastic “Cookies n Dream” one. =)

Romina- I am so glad I tried vegan rella- it is awesome! The one I bought before was awful and didn’t melt =(. I used to eat purely decadent all the time when I was pregnant. It was all I wanted- I ate it by the carton… haha! Darren really like the chocolate mint one- we get a carton every week for him! They are so good. I have never tried the Rice Dream ice cream- I will defiantly have to give it a try!
