Soup and Sandwich
Today for lunch I had the rest of the butternut squash soup I made the other night as well as a sandwich. I made it with two slices sprouted 16 grain bread and 5 slice tofuky (a serving) + 1 slice laughing cow light cheese + a bit of light mayo + spinach. I grilled the sandwich in a frying pan to make it nice and warm (no butter needed!). It was a wonderfully, warm lunch!

i think sienna might be the most adorable baby i have ever laid eyes on! is she always so happy? (i love her eyes-they sparkle!) why did you decide on the name sienna? (i love it by the way-very feminine i think!)

I actually came across the name in a baby book- I thought it was really pretty and I asked Darren if he liked it. He did (obviously) and that was pretty much it! It was so hard to find a name we both liked but once we found the name we just knew.. we never once second guessed ourselves!
