Feb 6It took me a while to figure out what I wanted for lunch today. I knew it involved having butternut squash soup because I need to eat it up! I didn’t feel like a sandwich.. again so I had Mary’s crackers, a carrot, cucumber, and grape tomatoes with red pepper hummus. I only took a picture of the veggies, hummus and cracker plate because I’ve taken a few of the soup and it isn’t that exciting!
I also had a small banana w/ a tbsp of PB for a mid morning snack.
