Tuesday!
Feb 12Sorry for the late post- it seems there is never enough time to do everything I want to do! Sienna is at my mom’s for the day so I went for a 35 minute walk/run outside. It was a little brisk but it was fun to be in the fresh air!
When I woke up I had a tiny pink lady apple.
About an hour later I had a serving of both Ezekiel cereal and smart bran with almond/hempmilk (a bit of both). I topped it with a banana, 1/2 tbsp udo oil, and maple syrup.
For lunch I had leftover vegetarian sloppy joe again on a Ezekiel bun w/ spinach and bruchetta on the side.
I also had a mango!
Snacks
I had a glass of hempmilk with 2 tsp carob powder
Some soy yogurt with sliced almonds and gogi berries
Also another PB cup sandwich and a tall earl grey mistro form starbucks (sorry no picture).
For dinner I just made a wrap with red pepper hummus, cucumbers and spinach.
I had snow peas on the side.
